WHere is an easy interpretation of a cocktail featured on a new drinks list. It's a batch pre-mixed that's loaded full of essence of the festive period, rendering it excellent for your festive gathering. Any leftover cordial to use in morning drinks, desserts, or for more rounds of bikinis.

Serves 10 servings
Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Drink (produces 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Directions
For the Syrup: Put all the components in a pan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then, take off the burner and let it to reach room temperature fully. Decant into an sealable bottle, close it keeping it in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about a month.
To make Batch Mix: Combine every liquids into one big jug, allow it to infuse for one hour, then pass it through preferably using a fine cloth, so it's fully clarified.
To serve: Measure 85ml from the batch mix into your mixing glass filled with ice, and agitate lightly for one minute to chill. Strain to a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, garnish with the cranberries and complete it by giving it a brief mist of the essential oil over the drink.
